November green fees at Little Creek Casino Resort amenity course start at $59
(SHELTON, Wash.) – Salish Cliffs Golf Club (www.Salish-Cliffs.com) – the amenity course of Little Creek Casino Resort, located within an easy drive of Olympia and Seattle – has been ranked by Golfweek as a “Best Resort Course” for a second-straight year, moving up 11 spots to No. 55 on the annual top-100 list.
Golfweek deploys hundreds of experienced evaluators to rate courses each year based on 10 criteria, including design, conditioning, variety and memorability.
Salish Cliffs is the lone Washington course on the list and just one of four courses that opened in 2011 or later to be so highly rated.
“It’s gratifying to earn this critical acclaim for Salish Cliffs,” said Head Golf Professional David Kass, PGA. “Distinction like this affirms the quality of the course, the dedication of our staff, and the commitment of Little Creek Casino Resort and the Squaxin Island Tribe to maintaining an outstanding golf amenity.”
Past accolades for the Gene Bates-designed course include earning the No. 3 spot in Golfweek’s 2013 “America’s Best Courses You Can Play” in Washington and top-10 status in Golf Digest’s biennial “2013-14 America’s Greatest Courses” by state and Golfweek’s “Top-50 Best Casino Courses.”
November green fees start at $59 on weekdays and $69 on weekends at Salish Cliffs, including cart, range balls and tax. Special rates are available online at www.salish-cliffs.com and for hotel guests, Primetime Players (ages 50 and older) and military personnel. The course is open year-round.
