Sanford, FL – RIFE Golf announced today that PGA Teaching Professional and short game expert, Mike Shannon, has joined the company as its newest Brand Ambassador and Performance Advisor. Shannon played a key role in the development of the new RIFE 2014 line, and has helped this to be the best line of putters in the history of golf.
Mike works extensively with Tour Players and has seen many Tour wins from his students. He is an instructor at Sea Island Golf Learning Center in Georgia. He also served at Old Waverly Golf Club, Montgomery Country Club, Isleworth Country Club and at Augusta National. He’s been touted as a Top Teacher by many golf media outlets.

Mike’s vast knowledge of putting has been a huge asset to Rife this year. He invented the Laser Optics Putting Improvement System that is currently being used by more than 100 Tour Players. Shannon has made numerous television appearances including Golf Channel’s “Golf Academy Live”.
Shannon will be working with some of his students this week as the PGA TOUR rolls into Sea Island, GA, his home course, for The McGladrey Classic. His PGA and LPGA Tour students include: Tiger Woods, Matt Kuchar, Brandt Snedeker, Steve Lowery, Joe Durant, Heath Slocum, Jan Stephenson, Tom Purtzer, Tadd Fujikawa, Casey Wittenburg, Jeff Overton and Matt Every.
