PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – The popular Titleist Performance Institute’s FIT to W.I.N. pavilion is returning to the PGA Merchandise Show, Jan. 22-24, 2014, in Orlando, Fla., and will feature presentations by golf and sports performance experts, plus a new Wellness Village dedicated to health and fitness in golf. The FIT to W.I.N. pavilion, along with the new Wellness Village, features some 60 vendors promoting the health benefits of golf and products that aid in increasing performance. The FIT to W.I.N. Stage, with LifeFitness serving as a major sponsor, will feature a full schedule of live presentations from respected industry professionals such as K.C. Kraichy on nutrition, TPI founder Greg Rose, Lance Gill and Jason Glass on exercise, and national long-drive champion Jason Zubak on power.
“The feedback from last year’s PGA Show was so positive that we have doubled the size of our speaking stage and seating area,” said PGA Professional Dave Phillips, the TPI Institute co-founder. “Having an understanding of what’s available in the world of fitness, nutrition, wellness and instruction is essential to help maintain and grow the game. The FIT to W.I.N. area will highlight the latest wellness products and trends in the industry today.”
The FIT to W.I.N. (wellness-instruction-nutrition) pavilion, located near the PGA Show Indoor Demo Days at the Equipment Test Center, is one of several interactive PGA Show Floor destinations among exciting exhibits by more than 1,000 top golf companies and brands at the PGA Merchandise Show in the Orange County Convention Center. The Wellness Village at the FIT to W.I.N pavilion is presented by Golf to End Cancer and Waste Management.
“We’re pleased to provide a special platform for the FIT to W.I.N. pavilion, Wellness Village and FIT to W.I.N. Stage addressing the important trends and products of golf fitness, health and nutrition,” said PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions Senior Vice President and General Manager Ed Several. “The support from the Titleist Performance Institute offers a level of expertise in this area that is respected throughout our industry and provides PGA Merchandise Show attendees with unprecedented access to the best minds and companies in this growing segment of our industry.”
