NEW YORK, December 19, 2013- Tharanco Lifestyles announces the company has made a sizable donation to Fashion Delivers this week. The donated goods will be used to provide relief to victims of disaster throughout 2014.
Michael J. Setola and his partner Haresh Tharani are founding members of Fashion Delivers and serve on the Board of Directors. The organization was started in 2006, born out of frustration in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Fashion industry leaders joined together to navigate how to help provide relief to victims of the disaster. Prior to Fashion Delivers, the fashion industry had no formal structure in place to organize the immediate collection and distribution of excess product to those so desperately in need.
“Throughout 2013, the golf industry stepped up and contributed to Fashion Delivers in a significant way with the charity receiving donations from major brands and golf shops across the country which directly helped the recent disasters in the Philippines and the Colorado wildfires,” said Michael J. Setola, President and CEO. ” However, while the support has been terrific, the need is still very great. I’d like to continue to encourage the golf community to join the cause and send what they can to support Fashion Delivers.”
Donations also qualify for favorable tax deductions, which Fashion Delivers can guide you through. Companies interested in donating through Fashion Delivers can contact info@fashiondelivers.org or call 212-629-6700.

About Fashion Delivers:
Fashion Delivers Charitable Foundation, Inc. exists to unify the men’s and women’s apparel and home industries to donate new product in order to aid victims of disasters and individuals in need throughout the year.
