From Wednesday, Jan. 22 to Friday, Jan. 24, Zensah® will showcase the best compression apparel for golf at the Orange County Convention Center, located at booth #3758. Golfer’s elbow is a condition that causes pain on the inner side of your elbow, where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of your elbow. The pain may spread into your forearm and wrist. It is recommend to apply pressure in the upper forearm area close to the elbow to help relieve the pain.
