In her new role, Nipper will be called upon to oversee a number of core company functions and adjacent initiatives. They include internal and external communications, event planning, social media engagement, vendor program management and client services.

Prior to joining ICS, Nipper was employed for 18 years with Golf Ventures, a division of Meadowbrook Golf. Her responsibilities as vice president included operations, marketing and sales for a maintenance supply company servicing golf properties and the professional turf industry.
