As a FOURTEEN GOLF standard, all FOURTEEN GOLF products must demonstrate high performance with high style and the TC-777FG Forged Irons do exactly that. “These distinctive irons embody the FOURTEEN GOLF philosophy as they provide distance control with remarkable feel, and are classically designed,” said FOURTEEN GOLF COO Marcy Kamoda.
The TC-777FG Irons are manufactured from soft S20C material that contributes to the signature FOURTEEN GOLF forged feeling. They feature a slight offset and slightly thicker top line for a more square appearance at address. For stability and shot consistency an extremely deep CG has been precisely positioned at 4.3mm in depth. This placement allows golfers with faster club head speeds of 38-44 m/sec to swing with ease.

Irons require a certain amount of club head speed to properly reach desired launch angles. The TC-777FG Forged Irons have been designed with stronger lofts to accommodate the higher club head speeds as well as to complement the relationship between the loft and shaft length.
“Each shaft length in the TC-777 FG Forged Irons has been appointed specifically in accordance to each loft, which produces an ideal launch angle,” added Kamoda.
The company spent years engineering a new trapezoidal shaped groove so the TC-777FG Forged Irons as well as FOURTEEN GOLF’s total product line would be in compliance with the new groove regulations effective in 2010 for the professional tours and 2014 for amateurs and tournaments.
The TC-777FG Forged Iron set is offered in a #4 iron through pitching wedge. A matching approach wedge is sold separately. They are finished with a striking nickel chrome pearl satin finish. The high performance N.S. PRO 950GH HT steel shaft is available in both stiff and regular.
The high performance TC-777FG Forged Irons will be available to hit at the PGA Demo Day held on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the Orange County National Golf Center in Orlando, FL. FOURTEEN GOLF will be located on the driving range where their entire 2014 line of golf equipment will be available to demonstrate. If attendees miss an opportunity to experience FOURTEEN GOLF equipment during the demo day, they can visit the FOURTEEN GOLF booth in the Equipment Testing Center at hitting bay #41 during the PGA Merchandise Show at the Orange County Convention Center.
