American vendors of products, equipment and services to clubs intent to reach the large and diverse business opportunities in the Asia Pacific will be presented with the right tools at the 2014 World Conference of the Club Managers Association scheduled to open in Orlando, Fl., on February 4.
The business pathway for U.S. vendors will be offered by the CMAA’s Asia Pacific Chapter headquartered in Singapore.
“Ever since the new chapter was established in August last year, there have been numerous enquiries from suppliers and vendors asking for information on how best to tap the club marketplace in the Asia Pacific, ” said Mile Sebastian, president of the chapter.
He went on to explain, “We have seen the need to serve as a conduit to provide timely and useful business information to interested parties and the latest move involves an initiative with the Asia Pacific Golf Group to offer a special marketing package to American companies wanting to come out to the region.”
