He turned in an impressive back nine in the third round with seven birdies and an eagle carding a 9-under-28 to take a two-stroke lead into the final day. After a rocky start in the final round, he birdied four holes on the back nine to win by one stroke and claim the third European Tour title of his career.

The Abu Dhabi champ finished his tournament ranked number one in putts per round and number one in putts per greens in regulation.
