SuperStroke Grips Finish In Top 5 On PGA, European Tours

Patented parallel technology design eliminates added tension in the wrist and forearms

WIXOM Mich. – With the aid of SuperStroke’s new Flatso Ultra grip Jordan Spieth fired a bogey-free 67 Sunday to finish in a tie for fourth place at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. It was his second top five finish of the season and moved him to 14th in the FedEx Cup Standings and 13th in the Official World Golf Ranking. Spieth, the 2013 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year, played last season with a prototype of the Flatso Ultra. The global ambassador for SuperStroke (www.superstrokeusa.com) finished the 2013 season tied for ninth in putting average.

The Flatso Ultra is a 1.10 inch in diameter, 82 gram grip features SuperStroke’s parallel design technology, a new patent pending pentagonal shape and flat top design. SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology design allows for even pressure in both hands, while eliminating added tension in the wrist and forearms. This helps the golfer’s arms swing more freely, which further enhances a pendulum-putting stroke.

“The characteristics of the Flatso line inhibit wrist action and promote shoulder rotation for added consistency in your putting stroke,” said Jon Luna, SuperStroke USA Marketing Director. “The pentagonal shape allows players looking for the feel of a pistol grip an option in the SuperStroke line.”

SuperStroke’s other Top 5 finish for the week came at the Joburg Open on the European Tour. The fifth place finisher used SuperStroke’s Slim 3.0 to help him birdie five of his final nine holes Sunday finishing with a 15-under 272.

The Slim 3.0 is made using lightweight foam under listing, that is long lasting and extremely shock absorbent, combined with a new high-tech polyurethane material featuring cross traction technology that improves feel and tackiness.

The Slim 3.0 grip, used by 2013 PGA Tour champion Jason Dufner, is the most popular SuperStroke model on the PGA Tour. The Slim 3.0 helped turn in five worldwide victories in 2013 including the Open Championship and PGA Championship.

The Flatso Ultra retails for $19.99 and the Slim 3.0 has a suggested retail price of $24.99.
