It’s Valentine’s Day At The Golf Show; Favorite Golfers’ Names For Feb. 14

(Grand Rapids, Mich) This year the opening of the 26th West Michigan Golf Show falls on Valentine’s Day, Friday, Feb. 14. To mark this heartfelt occasion, organizers have added a special “Duffers & Dolls Date Night” feature-encouraging couples to make a romantic tee-time at DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids.

Included with the price of admission, “Duffers and Dolls” offers the following diversions and bonuses for the young at heart:

• Play a round of putt-putt miniature golf on an indoor course

• Share an ice cream soda at a soda fountain shop

• Partake in some spirits (for a fee) at a wine tasting station

• First 200 couples get a free carnation

• Enter to win a dinner and a movie package, including a $50 gift card to Twisted Rooster and $40 in gift certificates from Celebration! Cinema!

Held continuously since 1989, the West Michigan Golf Show is sponsored by Treetops Resort, Pfeiffer Lincoln, Odawa Casino Resort, Golf Association of Michigan, Boyne Resorts, and the Michigan PGA. As always, several charities will benefit from the Show, including Patriot Golf Day, Racing Awareness and the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital.
