ANAHEIM, CA. – February 13, 2014 – The First Tee of Orange County, CA., a non-profit organization formed to positively impact the young people of Orange County, is very proud that Marbella Country Club, a private country club located in the hills of San Juan Capistrano has graciously partnered with the First Tee of Orange County to hold a fundraising event for the program.
According to The First Tee of Orange County President Tim Casey, “Our program and its success rely on the community and its support. The Marbella Country Club fundraiser is a significant event as it is the first fundraiser held in the southern portion of Orange County which helps us reaches another group of potential group of kids in which we can affect.”
The Marbella Country Club fundraising golf tournament is scheduled for Monday, March 3rd at 10:30am which is a shotgun start with a scramble format. Please note there is a maximum of 130 players. The tax deductible amount of $125.00 includes golf on the private and exclusive Marbella Country Club which also includes the following: a golf cart, practice balls, putting contest, long drive and closest to the pin contest. A box lunch with complimentary water and various soft drinks are included and if the day doesn’t get any better – FLADBOE Motors has volunteered to offer a car to the first golfer to make a hole-in-one. For those golfers who want to enjoy post golf camaraderie, an outdoor “no host” bar located near the 18th green will be centrally located for post golf fun.
