St. Joe Club & Resorts will now utilize a dynamic suite of services offered by Troon to manage operations at St. Joe properties including, The Watersound® Beach Club, WaterColor Inn & Resort, Shark’s Tooth Golf Club, Camp Creek® Golf Club and OriginsSM Golf Club.
Troon’s new role will also support St. Joe Club & Resorts’ recent decision to expand its business model. Traditionally, St. Joe only offered luxury homes and condominiums in its real estate developments of the WaterColor® and WaterSound Beach communities. The company recently expanded its operations to offer management services to homeowners in other communities along the prestigious Highway 30A.
