Patented parallel technology increases consistency, lowers scores for any golfer

WIXOM, Mich. – As all eyes in the golf world turn toward Augusta, Ga. this week for the Masters Tournament, the patented parallel technology of SuperStroke’s grips continues to help players rise to the top of leaderboards across the globe.

At the Shell Houston Open, seven players finished in the Top 25 playing SuperStroke (www.superstrokeusa.com) putter grips. The third place finisher used SuperStroke’s Ultra Slim 1.0 putter grip and ended the tournament ranked second in Putts Per Greens In Regulation with a 1.653 average. He was also second in Strokes Gained Putting finishing with a 2.481 average. The Strokes Gained Putting stat measures a player’s putting performance relative to his fellow competitors in a tournament.

“The Ultra Slim 1.0 grip offers all the benefits of a SuperStroke grip without the oversized feel,” Jon Luna, SuperStroke USA Marketing Director. “The Ultra Slim 1.0 is SuperStroke’s smallest offering and gives players using standard-sized grips an entry into parallel technology.”

On the European Tour, two of the Top 5 finishers (T2 and T4) at the N.H. Collection Open also played SuperStroke’s grips. The second place finisher ranks third overall on the European Tour in Putts Per Greens In Regulation with an average of 1.68.

SuperStroke grips were also spotted at the inaugural Drive, Chip and Putt Championship in Augusta over the weekend. The boy’s 14-15 year-old-winner used a SuperStroke grip to help win his age division.

SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology design allows for even pressure in both hands, while eliminating added tension in the wrist and forearms. This helps the golfer’s arms swing more freely, which further enhances a pendulum-putting stroke.

SuperStroke (www.superstrokeusa.com) grips are made using lightweight foam under listings, that are long lasting and extremely shock absorbent. They are designed with a high-tech polyurethane material featuring cross traction technology that improves feel and tackiness. Combined with SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology further increases consistency and lowers scores for every level of golfer, even Tour professionals.
