After using Golflexx for the first time, going through our short instructional DVD you will feel the difference immediately.
A fault that is seen quite a bit with the amateur player is loss of angles during the backswing or downswing. So, even with good postures golfers make this sort of move where the spine straightens up and the pelvis comes underneath the body. Sometimes it’s a lot, sometimes it’s a little.
One of the underlying physiological factors in this fault is tightness in the hips. The muscles in front of the hips can be tight to the point where the golfer is not actually able to hold the angles and hold the postural positions they created at address through to the top of the backswing or into the downswing.
What tends to happen is the hips get very, very tight and that turns the lower abdominals off. By using your Golflexx to do our “hip turn exercise” you will get the perfect amount of rotation without overstretching. By pre-loading you Golflexx unit it helps prevent any over use, acting as the ultimate injury prevention tool. Proper hip turn will increase your range of motion in your backswing helping to prepare your body for a fluid down stroke, driving your club through the ball.
