ANAHEIM, CA. – April 18, 2013 – The First Tee of Orange County, CA., a non-profit organization formed to impact the young people of Orange County, is proud to announce that the San Juan Hills Women’s Golf Association will hold its third fundraising golf tournament for The First Tee of Orange County on Thursday, May 22nd at the San Juan Hill Golf Club.
According to The First Tee of Orange County President Tim Casey, “Our program relies heavily on fundraising to keep the program growing and events like this are critical to meet this objective. We can’t thank the San Juan Women’s Golf Association enough for helping us raise much needed funds.”
The third San Juan Hills Women’s Golf Association Tournament for The First Tee of Orange County will begin with an 8:00am shotgun at the San Juan Hills Golf Club located at 32120 San Juan Creek Road, San Juan Capistrano. This fun and friendly event will include both a Scramble and Stableford format. The association welcomes men and women to participate and a handicap is NOT necessary. Come as a single or bring a foursome. The cost is $90.00 which includes the green fees, cart, lunch and one raffle ticket. The golf course at San Juan Hills Golf Club is truly an oasis for both the serious golfer as well as the vacationing one. Nestled in the rolling hills of San Juan Capistrano, San Juan Hills Golf Club is a Par 71 Championship golf course. Recent improvements on the grounds have resulted in a golf course that offers the best greens and fairways in south Orange County.
