LPGA Tour professionals using Volvik color golf balls earned two Top 10 and four Top 25 finishes at the Kingsmill Championship on the LPGA Tour Sunday. Thailand’s Thidapa Suwannapura (7th) and Pornanong Phatlum (T8th) and South Korea’s Mi Hyang Lee (T12th) and Ilhee Lee (T23rd) all improved their standing in the Race to the CME Globe with their solid performances.
Six out of nine players using Volvik golf balls at the event made the cut.
Five Volvik staff players currently rank in the Top 40 in the Race to the CME Globe standings, the new season-long points competition that will pay out the player who has accumulated the most points with a $1 million unofficial money payout – the largest in all of women’s golf.
