TUSTIN, CA – June 12, 2014 – Tustin Ranch Golf Club, a Tustin community cornerstone for 25-years, with its signature Ted Robinson designed golf course, award winning instructional golf staff, delectable food and unforgettable weddings, is hosting a qualifier for the Veritas World Junior, AAU Junior Olympic Games – Golf Championship on Sunday, June 22, 2014 and starts promptly at 2:00pm.
This extraordinary qualifying event will award qualifying participants’ exemptions to play in one of the largest annual Junior Golf Championships in the world; and golfers with the lowest scores can earn “Complimentary Registration” which is a value between $295 to $395, as well as the low 30% of the field will receive “Exemption Codes” to register for the main event.

The main event in July, the Veritas World Junior AAU Junior Olympic Games – Golf Championship, is a recognized event by the World Amateur Golf Ranking, Junior Golf Scoreboard and most recently the 2014 GolfWeek Rankings. In the older divisions, golfers can earn AJGA PBE points. I encourage all junior golfers to come out and try to qualify.”
The costs to enter the qualifier for the Veritas World Junior AAU Junior Olympic Games – Golf Championship at Tustin Ranch Golf Club is $50.00 for Boys and Girls from the ages of 9-18 years. This division is required to play 18-Holes. The younger division, ages 6-8 costs $25.00 for Boys and Girls which will play 9-Holes. Tustin Ranch Junior Pass Holders and Junior Elite costs $40 for 18-Holes and $20 for 9-Holes.

The Veritas World Junior AAU Junior Olympic Games – Golf Championship welcomes golfers ages 6-18 from around the world to compete in individual age divisions over three exciting days. The event kicks-off with the Opening Ceremonies and Parade of Flags prior to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim game against the Seattle Mariners at Angel Stadium on July 19th. Monday, July 21st are practice rounds, and the following day begins three rounds of competition golf. Participants will also receive one dozen Bridgestone Tour golf balls as well as signature golfing items like a Veritas umbrellas, hat and caddy bib. The Medal Awards Ceremony will take place in Downtown Disney.
