Overseas 2 Major Professional Long Drive events were held both June 6th and June 7th. The South African Long Drive Championships held over 2 days. Mr. Erik Van Der Walt took the Win in the Open Division using a Geek No Brainer driver at 6*. Winning this event by over 20 meters. This is the 3rd South African Championship in a row for Erik using Geek golf clubs.
UK Long Drive European Tour event was also held over 2 days June 6th and 7th with Scott Beaven BPGA of Great Britain taking 2nd Place to Joe Miller. Scott Beaven also took 2nd Place to Joe Miller in the German LDET event held May 23rd/24th. This is the 2nd year in Pro LDing for Scott Breven and finished very high in the RE/MAX Finals last September. Scott is a Geek Staff member using the Dot Com This Geek head in 5.5*
May 26th a 2 event professional Long Drive event, The Stettler Alberta LD Event, was held May 26th in Canada. The first event was Won by Ryan Hart in the Open Division using the Geek No Brainer golf club in 7.5* The 2nd Event was Won by Matt Gunning using a LH Dot Com This golf club in 4.5*. Matt also had he longest drive of the tournament at 391 yds.
May 25th the Arizona Long Drive Championships were held with Paul Swisher coming in 2nd in the Senior Event using the No Brainer 6*
Also of note, on May 11th Bob Sturner using a Geek 7.5* No Brainer WON the California State Long Drive Championships in the Senior Division. This is the first Win for Bob.
