Deal includes eight rounds of golf for price of three
(Myrtle Beach, S.C.) — Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday and Village at the Glens announce the “Ultimate Glens Stay and Play Package,” which features eight rounds of golf for the price of three and luxury golf course accommodations.
The Ultimate Glens package is based in Little River, S.C., and it starts at $313 per person, based on quad occupancy, and runs throughout the year. Groups that book rounds at Glen Dornoch, Heather Glen and Shaftesbury will receive a free morning round at venerable Possum Trot, in addition to free pre-booked replays on each course.
Groups will stay at the Village at Glens condos at Heather Glen and receive free range balls at each course.
The Glens Group courses have long been among the Myrtle Beach area’s most popular, anchored Glen Dornoch, a Clyde Johnston design that finishes along the Intracoastal Waterway. The 16th, 17th and 18th holes at Glen Dornoch, all of which bring the waterway into play, are universally regarded as among the toughest and most scenic on the Myrtle Beach golf scene.
A 27-hole facility, Heather Glen is renowned for its Scottish style layout and prime conditions. It’s among the most enjoyable tests along the Grand Strand.
Shaftesbury Glen is the newest of the quartet and takes its inspiration from A.W. Tillinghast inspired designs. The layout is defined by its nearly immaculate bentgrass greens, which are often elevated and protected by visually stunning finger bunkers.
Possum Trot was the first of the Glens Group courses and remains popular with golfers due to its well-deserved reputation as the friendliest course at the beach.
