TMB Enterprises LLC, has purchased the venerable and prestigious brand, Haas-Jordan umbrellas from the F.J. Westcott Company, Maumee, Ohio. Details of the transaction, consummated on May 15, 2014, were not disclosed.

The Haas-Jordan brand is no stranger to historic events. Golfing legend Byron Nelson served as Honorary Vice President of Haas-Jordan and endorsed the brand while on his unparalleled streak of wins on tour in the 1940’s. Mr. Nelson and Haas-Jordan founder, Cloyd Haas, shared a lifelong friendship that originated when Mr. Haas selected Mr. Nelson to be the Head Golf Professional at the Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio.
