CHICAGO, IL, JUNE 24, 2014: OBAN is celebrating a stellar week on Tour with first place finishes at the Travelers Championship and Air Capital Classic. The PGA Tour Travelers champion fired seven straight birdies to win the tournament held last week in Cromwell, CT. Using three Kiyoshi Purple shafts in his Ping driver, TaylorMade 3-wood and Adams hybrid, he set a new PGA record for finishing with the most consecutive birdies to win a tournament. On the Web.com Tour, in his first professional start after qualifying on Monday at the Air Capital Classic, the champion used a Kiyoshi White shaft in combination with his TaylorMade R1 driver to win the tournament by one stroke.
Breaking new ground on the LPGA Tour, an 11-year old golf prodigy, the youngest player in US Open history, carried three OBAN Devotion shafts.
