Volvik player Lindsey Wright played her best event of the year, shooting -10 for the event and earning a 7th place finish at the Marathon Classic this week on the LPGA Tour with her Orange Volvik golf ball.
The Top 10 finish extended Volvik’s streak of having a player using a Volvik golf ball finish in the Top 25 of every event on the LPGA schedule so far this year. Volvik golf balls have appeared in the Top 10 in 12 out of 18 LPGA Tour events in 2014.

The Pepperdine University alumn Wright jumped up 20 spots on the Race the CME Globe standings after earning $32,044 for her finish this week. This coming week on the LPGA Tour, Wright will represent Australia in the International Crown, a global match play competition being held at Caves Valley Golf Club in Maryland. Pornanong Phatlum will also be playing Volvik golf balls in the event while she plays for Team Thailand.
• Meena Lee finished in the Top 25 of the Marathon Classic using a Yellow Volvik golf ball. The 18th ranked Lee now has six straight Top 25 finishes on the LPGA. She ranks 7th in putting average,11th in rounds under par and 11th in birdies on the 2014 tour.
• Chella Choi finished T32nd at the Marathon Classic. She now ranks 8th in GIR, 8th in scoring average and 7th in rounds under par on the 2014 LPGA Tour. She also ranks 1st in Eagles and 2nd in birdies with 250 on the year.
• Victoria Elizabeth finished at -3 and T50th at the Marathon Classic this week in her home state of Ohio. It was the 6th cut made for Elizabeth this year. She ranks 27th on the LPGA Tour in driving distance this year. She plays a different color Volvik golf ball in each round she plays in.
