Fourth-annual nationwide event benefits Wounded Warrior Project
(MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.) – Mystical Golf – owner and operator of celebrated The Witch, Man-O-War and The Wizard courses – announces a three-day, three-round stay-and-play package with tournament entry into the “World’s Largest Golf Outing” held Monday, August 11 to benefit Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP).
The simultaneous World’s Largest Golf Outing (WLGO) will be played at more than 120 courses in 28 states. It is open to all golfers regardless of ability and a USGA handicap is not required.
Mystical Golf’s WLGO package starts at $249 per player and includes three nights’ accommodations in comfortable, spacious villas; automatic WLGO tournament entry for the four-person scramble format with shared cart on its Man-O-War course; warm-up range balls; pre-tournament coffee and biscuits; lunch; WLGO logoed hat; souvenir golf ball; bag tag; and local prizes and awards ceremony following play.
The offer also includes two additional 18s on Mystical Golf’s acclaimed layouts with cart as well as free daily lunch and two beers or beverages per round. Mystical Golf’s three courses offer the “best 54 holes of golf in Myrtle Beach.”
“We’re honored to be part of this year’s World’s Largest Golf Outing and its noble commitment to benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project,” says Claude Pardue, President and CEO of Mystical Golf.
Part of event proceeds and all donations from non-players benefit WWP, the national organization whose mission is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors – some of whom will be playing in the WLGO. Since its inception four years ago, the World’s Largest Golf Outing has donated more than $1.1 million to WWP, the largest amount ever via a single-day golf event.
