Sezna joins Bob Husband to bring a unique, customized “Heritage Experience” to members and guests
SAN DIEGO, CA – Heritage Golf Group, a leading owner and operator of premier private, resort and daily fee golf properties, today announced that Davis Sezna joins Heritage Golf Group as Co-Managing Partner, alongside founder Bob Husband. Mr. Sezna and Mr. Husband will oversee all the operations and the strategy of the Company.
Together with the previously announced partnership with Tower Three Partners, this expansion of the Company’s leadership team reflects Heritage Golf Group’s positioning for significant growth and operational excellence to enhance the Member experience and elevate its portfolio of best-in-class golf properties.

ABOUT DAVIS SEZNA
Davis Sezna brings over 35 years of experience and a longstanding track record of success in the golf and hospitality management industry, purchasing his first distressed property and reinventing it as a local restaurant in Newark, DE in 1980. His hospitality corporation continued managing restaurants with great success and then ventured into hotels and golf courses. In 1990, Davis founded 1492 Hospitality Group and Tandem Hospitality and served as its CEO and President. The company, which consisted of more than 30 restaurant concepts and 12 golf courses, focused on restaurants, golf courses, private clubs, hotel design, master planning, and development. With over 100 private clubs and resorts as clients, the company designed, built, owned, and operated restaurants, golf properties and hotels from its inception to 2005.
As the President of La Quinta Resort and PGA West for five years, Davis was responsible for asset management and community relations. In addition, he oversaw the concept and design of Doral Golf Resort in Miami, Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix, Grande Lakes Golf Resort in Orlando, and Desert Ridge Golf Resort in Scottsdale for Morgan Stanley. Most recently in 2012, Davis became the President and CEO of The Cliffs Communities, a collection of luxury real estate communities and gated golf communities.
Currently, Davis is a Managing Partner of Heritage Golf Group and also serves on a National Golf Committee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. He attended and played golf for The University of Georgia and is a past winner of the Delaware State Junior Golf Championship and the Delaware Open.
