(November 17, 2014) – Nippon Shaft recorded another PGA TOUR victory Sunday (Nov. 16) at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba, the second victory for Nippon Shaft in three weeks on the 2014-2015 PGA Tour season. Nippon Shaft was also in the winning irons at LPGA TOUR’s the Lorena Ochoa Invitational in Mexico City.

The winner at the Lorena Ochoa Invitational entered the final round with a 5-stroke lead and was crowned the winner after the second playoff hole for her third career victory. She played the N.S. PRO V90 in her irons and has been a long time user of Nippon Shaft products since her debut in 2003.
The winner at the OHL Classic came from three shots back on Sunday, closing with a 5-under 66 for a one-shot win, for his third PGA TOUR title. He has played the N.S. PRO PROTO ST irons shafts since April 2014. The second place and T9 finishers also play the N.S. PRO PROTO ST in their irons.
