Experience the innovative ActivMotion Bar™ at the 2015 PGA Merchandise Show, Booth #887
Detroit, MI, January 6, 2015- ActivMotion Bar™ will release research findings and launch its new Compact 4 foot 4.5lb ActivMotion Bar at the 2015 PGA Merchandise Show, January 20th-23rd in Orlando, Florida at the Orange County Convention Center. Demonstrations of both the Compact and Full Length Series of Bars will be in full swing at booth #887 at the show so golfers and golf instructors can experience essential game improvement exercises in warm-up and training contexts. The ActivMotion Bar team is excited to return to the conference after having been named one of Golf Digest’s Top Golf Fitness Products at the 2014 show.
The ActivMotion Bar is unlike other fitness bars or training aids – it’s hollow, with rolling steel weights inside that engage and ignite the core and the critical muscles used during a golf swing. The momentum generated by the moving weights forces the body to gently surpass normal range of motion during warm up exercises, lengthening and strengthening the muscles to result in a fuller, more dynamic and powerful swing.
Coming this month, the release of a clinical research study performed by the Human Movement Laboratory at the University of Michigan will identify key findings surrounding the ActivMotion Bars’ ability to help users achieve better results as compared to other commonly used fitness tools/training aids.
Since its launch one year ago, the ActivMotion Bar has seen great success and is experiencing a growing retail and gym, fitness studio, golf training facility presence. Bars are being used by Life Time Fitness, Sport and Health, the Mayo Clinic, and by many sports trainers, golfers, colleges and universities. The ActivMotion Bar was featured on QVC in the Fall and is growing in popularity with home fitness enthusiasts as well. The ActivMotion Bar and the accompanying golf fitness warm up and workout DVDs have enjoyed generous press coverage, including the Washington Post, Shape Magazine, Golf Digestix, Oxygen Magazine, Experience Life and more.
The Full Length ActivMotion Bar Series features five 5-foot long Bars in weights ranging from 6lbs to 18lbs. The Compact Series launches with the 4 foot long 4.5lb Bar that’s ideal for carrying right in a golf bag. Golfers can warm up before a round, or between drives. The Full Length Series can be used for Warm-Up, Training and Recovery. Also available are a Golf Fitness Training DVD and a Warm-Up Poster.
