Evans, GA. – Champions Retreat Golf Club, a Heritage Golf Group property, is pleased to announce that Dan Terlescki has accepted the position of Head Golf Professional.
Terlescki has over 15 years of experience in the golf industry; he has extensive experience with member and corporate outings, golf instructional programs, and supervising a large golf staff. Furthermore, he is an award- winning PGA member with an advanced certification in Golf Operations. “Dan has the perfect combination of energy for our future at Champions Retreat and leadership for the Golf Professional Staff that he will create to take us there. He is the perfect complement to our Executive Team and a natural fit to our culture,” said Cameron S. Wiebe, General Manager of Champions Retreat Golf Club.
Terlescki comes to this position after having served as PGA Head Golf Professional at The Concession Golf Club, a private country club in Bradenton, Florida. Prior to The Concession, he gained experience working at The Everglades Club in Palm Beach, Florida and was Director of Instruction for GolfTec Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (where he taught approximately 3,500 lessons over a three year span), The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts, and Merion Golf Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Terlescki is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and earned his Class A PGA Golf Professional status with the PGA of America in 2004.
