Hampshire, IL – March 18, 2015 – Although the championship nets won’t be cut down for a few more weeks, one lucky superintendent has already won through the J.W. Turf March Mower Mania “Cut a Path to Savings” event.
Justin VanLanduit from Briarwood Country Club in Deerfield, IL was the winner of a pair of tickets to the 2015 Men’s NCAA Basketball Championship taking place April 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN.
J.W. Turf ran the promotion to drive interest in the John Deere 2500 Riding Greens Mowers. In addition to the chance to win the Final Four tickets, J.W. Turf offered extra savings, including zero percent financing and annual payment terms, on JD 2500 Riding Mowers.
J.W. Turf ran the promotion in conjunction with VGM Club, a member service organization that works with golf and country clubs nationwide.
Upon receiving the good news that he’d won, VanLanduit said, “I can’t wait to get to Indianapolis. The only thing that would make this better is if the Iowa State Cyclones are still playing that weekend!”
Troy Tietjens, sales manager for J.W. Turf, stressed it’s not too late to still win with savings. “We are excited for Justin’s big win but want to remind others that we will continue to run discounts on the JD 2500 mower through April 6.”
