Men’s and women’s golf associations at San Juan Hills Golf Club to support The First Tee of Orange County
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., March 26, 2015 – The Men’s and Women’s Golf Associations of San Juan Hills Golf Club, one of Orange County’s finest 18-hole golf facilities, proudly announce their fourth annual fundraising golf tournament, benefitting The First Tee of Orange County. The event will take place on Wednesday, May 13, and feature a host of on-course activities for participants, including four hole-in-one contests, a long-drive competition and an opportunity drawing.
“As The First Tee of Orange County recently started offering programming at San Juan Hills Golf Club, we’re extremely grateful to the tournament organizers for their generosity and for helping to cement our relationship with this top-notch facility,” said Gail Krause, executive director of The First Tee Orange County. “South County residents interested in The First Tee of Orange County now have an easily accessible venue to explore our many youth programs, and tournament participants can look forward to a challenging and fun day on the golf course.”
The Fourth Annual San Juan Hills Men’s and Women’s Golf Associations Tournament will begin at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start and will feature a scramble format with Stableford scoring. Recognized U.S.G.A handicaps are not required. Individual tournament entries are $100, which includes green fees, cart, lunch and one raffle ticket.
