Patented parallel technology helps 5 players finish in Top 10 on two tours
WIXOM, Mich. – Relying on the patented parallel technology of SuperStroke’s Flatso 1.0, the winner of the Indonesia Masters rolled in the winning birdie putt on the first playoff hole to capture his 42nd worldwide title.
SuperStroke’s Flatso 1.0 was also instrumental for two players who finished in the top 10 at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. Both players finished in the top 10 in the Strokes Gained Putting category. A fourth place player finished eighth in Strokes Gained Putting with a total gain of 5.386 putts and an eighth place player finished fourth in Strokes Gained Putting with a total gain of 7.398 putts.
The Flatso line features SuperStroke’s patented parallel design technology and a patent pending pentagonal shape and flat top design.
“The parallel technology allows for even pressure in both hands, while eliminating added tension in the wrist and forearms,” said Greg Sabella, SuperStroke Vice President of Marketing. “This helps the golfer’s arms swing more freely, which further enhances a pendulum-putting stroke making it easier to use the larger muscles in the arms and shoulders and minimizing one hand dominating the other. The pentagonal shape allows for increased repeatability and consistency due to its wider flat-front and multiple edges.”
Three players finished in the Top 10 of the Volvo China Open playing SuperStroke putter grips. One of the players who finished in a tie for third place was playing SuperStroke’s 17-inch Tour putter grip. He finished the tournament ranked fourth in Putts per Greens in Regulation with a 1.649 average. Another player who tied for third place was playing SuperStroke’s Flatso 3.0 grip. One of the players who finished in a tie for eighth place was playing SuperStroke’s Legacy 1.0 putter grip. He finished the tournament ranked third in Putts per GIR and fifth overall in Putts per Round with a 26.5 average.
