RM-21, Type 7 fueling hot streak on PGA Tour

IRVINE, Calif. (April 29, 2015) – Fourteen Golf, one of the industry’s premier golf club manufacturers, has been on a roll as of late with professional players tallying top finishes on the PGA TOUR’s toughest tests.

Fourteen Golf was in the bags of two top 12 finishers at the RBC Heritage in Hilton Head, S.C., and yet another top 12 finisher at the Zurich Classic in New Orleans, La. In total, six players put Fourteen Golf clubs into play at the Zurich Classic, including brand ambassador Chad Collins who finished T43.

This week, two of the world’s top golfers will carry Fourteen Golf clubs – the RM-21 wedge and the Type 7 utility club – into the prestigious WGC-Cadillac Match Play at TPC-Harding Park in San Francisco. The tournament only invites the top 64 golfers in the official World Golf Rankings.

“With each tournament, we find that more and more successful professionals are turning to Fourteen Golf,” said Marcy Kamoda, the company’s COO. “Our performances at the RBC Heritage and Zurich Classic further cement us as one of the best club manufacturers on the market today.”

At Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head, the RM-21 wedge was found in the bag of the fourth-place and 11th-place players. At TPC-Louisiana in Avondale, La., the RM-21 helped spark a great run for the 12th-place finisher.

The RM series is one of Fourteen Golf’s most popular and successful wedge series, and the latest evolution was named to Golf Digest’s Hot List earlier this year.
