Orlando-based instructor advises top PGA Tour players, as well as numerous amateur players of all skill levels
June 3nd, 2015, New York, N.Y. – Revolution Golf, the most engaging golf platform on the Internet, has announced the addition of renowned golf instructor Sean Foley to its growing stable of top-ranked golf instructors.
Foley will immediately begin providing Revolution Golf’s more than 1.5 million members with exclusive weekly video instruction tips on the site’s industry-leading platform. His unique philosophy and teaching style has helped such PGA Tour players as 2013 U.S. Open Champion Justin Rose and six-time Tour winner Hunter Mahan improve their games, and from 2010 to 2014 he instructed 14-time major champion Tiger Woods.
“Sean is one of the hottest golf instructors on the planet right now. The stable of players he works with and has worked with speaks for itself,” said Justin Tupper, Revolution Golf’s CEO and co-founder. “But what excites me most about adding Sean to our team is that he isn’t interested in working just with accomplished amateur and professional players. In fact, his passion for improving ‘normal’ golfers’ ball-striking, short-game and mental abilities is unparalleled.”
Foley joins a distinguished list of instructors and Tour professionals who have provided and continue to provide Revolution Golf’s rapidly growing audience with the tools to become better golfers since its 2009 founding. Those personalities include instructors Jim McLean, Martin Chuck, Andrew Rice, golf psychologist Dr. Gio Valiante, golf fitness expert Don Saladino along with Major Championship winners Gary Player and Sir Nick Faldo.
“I could not be more excited to start working with the millions-strong community of Revolution Golfers,” said Foley. “This represents the first time in my career that I have had a platform to share my perspective and philosophies about the game of golf and what it takes to continuously improve at it.”
Foley, 40, is known among his peers due to his open-minded and holistic approach to helping his students of all ages and skill levels. With an intellectual curiosity that goes well beyond golf, he incorporates several disciplines including biomechanics, physics, geometry and philosophy into his teachings.
“We feel a great responsibility to our members to constantly search for new ways of providing golf instruction that meshes with their games and personalities,” said Tupper. “By welcoming Sean into our family and by adding his insight and wisdom to the Revolution Golf mix, we are providing our community with yet another instructor with an engaging style and a great deal of substance.”
