He capped his junior campaign at SMU by becoming the first NCAA Individual champion in Mustang history and continued his outstanding play this week by earning a maiden trip to the U.S. Open. He qualified with an 11-under par 133 at Monday’s sectional qualifier in Columbus, Ohio.
