The company presents its FeatherFuze™ Technology, offering an ultra-fine knit very few machines in the entire world can produce. FeatherFuze™ was launched as a response to continued demand for the high gauge fabrics in previous C54 collections. “There was such an incredible response to the fabrics, that we decided they were worthy of their own category as “FeatherFuze™,” says Lulu Faddis, Creative Director and Chief Designer for CHASE54. “The industry will see an expansion of this tech category as we move into 2016,” she adds.
The exclusive high-gauge micropolyester fabric features three attributes:
• incredibly fine and lightweight yarn
• an ultra-thin micropolyester fiber
• tight weave by rare high-gauge machines

These performance styles present an exclusive fabric that is featherweight and tightly knit, avoiding any transparency to deliver a UPF40 quality. Performing from the inside out as 100% micropolyester with 0% spandex, this fabric brings mechanical stretch and more even reflex distribution. This balance presents an elegant and silky luster that feels incredibly soft.
“The best response we’ve gotten from people is this is the lightest weight shirt people have worn, yet it is not sheer,” Faddis says. “It is unusual to have a knit that can be such high quality, yet so tight and thin,” she adds. “The fabric feels like a dream and performs beyond golfers’ dreams,” she adds.
