July 6, 2015, San Diego, CA – BST Nano Carbon, the recognized leader in the advanced resins, polymers and carbon fiber industry, has launched the Grandura Golf division with the introduction of the Grandura Golf shaft brand that is proudly made in the U.S.A. FINALLY, SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
Grandura Golf shafts have a heritage unlike any other shafts in golf. The company has over 170 golf industry patents and more than 220 years of combined experience in the golf industry. These factors have contributed to the design of the finest composite golf shafts ever made.
In development for over a year, Grandura Golf shafts benefit from BST Nano Carbon’s unique understanding of carbon fiber and nano materials. “BST’s unique materials expertise enables shaft designs unlike any other,” said Tim Gillis, Business Development Manager, Grandura Golf. “What we came up with is a line of shafts that are better, more consistent and more playable than most of the shafts on the market today.”
Grandura Golf shafts are geared towards launch and spin and are offered in five design models. The series is color coded, Green is low launch low spin, Red is mid launch with three spin options and Blue is higher launch with mid spin.
“Being manufactured in San Diego, California in our 65,000 square foot facility gives Grandura a distinct advantage over other shafts,” added Gillis. “Having complete control over the design and manufacturing process allows us to manufacture shafts with tighter tolerances than our competition. This, combined with our golf experience, enables us to create shafts that are the apex of performance and feel.”
