(RIO VERDE, Ariz.) – Rio Verde Community and Country Club – the award-winning residential enclave northeast of Scottsdale – introduces its Golfing Lifestyle – Waived Initiation Fee Membership, offering first-time homebuyers exceptional incentives to join the private club.

First-time homebuyers can join Rio Verde Country Club for no initiation fee (a $25,000 savings) by signing up within 90 days of close of escrow. This membership comes with a variety of joining options, all with competitive monthly dues – individual, couple, limited, and a flexible one for those not yet retired and under the age of 65. The membership activation and dues can be deferred until January 1 of the following year.

“The Golfing Lifestyle – Waived Initiation Fee Membership is our welcome gift to the new residents of our dynamic community,” says Ken Kelley, General Manager at Rio Verde Country Club. “The introductory incentives allow them to join the country club and experience all its wonderful amenities and exciting activities.”

Guests renting private vacation homes at Rio Verde also are eligible for weekly and monthly memberships. Attractively priced, they include golf and rental cart, and offer opportunities to play in golf leagues and events.

Among the membership privileges: golf on two 18-hole courses recently redesigned by Tom Lehman; use of the clubhouse and its dining options; a high-end practice area featuring four practice greens and short-game pitching area, and no food and beverage minimum.

Members also have access to Rio Verde’s Roadrunner Course – a nine-hole, par-3 layout that utilizes regulation tee boxes off the fairways on the back nine of the club’s Quail Run Course. Roadrunner offers a variety of approach shots to the greens and a unique, fast-paced golf experience.
