SuperStroke Flatso 2.0 Used To Win The Web.com Tour Championship

SuperStroke putter grips were used to win 3 of 4 Web.com playoff events

WIXOM, Mich. – The Web.com playoffs witnessed another SuperStroke putter grip take home the title. The winner of the season finale Tour Championship made a 25-foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole to earn his second worldwide win, first on the Web.com Tour. Using the SuperStroke Flatso 2.0, this player finished the event T14 in Putts per GIR (1.707).

Besides the win, eight other players finished in the top-25 at TPC Sawgrass. A player finishing ninth capped off a great playoff run to earn his PGA Tour card for next year. Using his SuperStroke Flatso 2.0, this player was second in Putts per GIR (1.588) and in birdies for the week (22).

“The characteristics of the Flatso line help inhibit wrist action and promote shoulder rotation for added consistency in your putting stroke,” said Greg Sabella, SuperStroke Vice President of Marketing. “The pentagonal shape allows for increased repeatability and consistency due to its wider flat front and multiple edges. It gives players looking for the feel of a pistol grip option in the SuperStroke line.”

A total of 17 players using SuperStroke patented putter grips earned their 2015/2016 PGA Tour cards. This includes the six from the year-end money list and eleven from the Web.com playoff standings.

SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology design allows for even pressure in both hands, eliminating wrist movement in the putting stroke. This helps the golfer swing the putter more freely, making it easier to use the big muscles in the arms and shoulders, and minimizes one hand dominating the other.

SuperStroke (www.superstrokeusa.com) grips are long lasting and extremely shock absorbent. They are designed with a high-tech polyurethane material featuring cross traction technology that improves feel and tackiness. Combined with SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology further increases consistency and lowers scores for every level of golfer, even professionals.
