WIXOM, Mich. – SuperStroke Golf Brand Ambassador, Jordan Spieth, was named the 2014-2015 PGA Tour Player of the Year this past week. His season speaks for itself – 5 PGA Tour wins that included the Masters and the U.S. Open, the FedEx Cup title, over $12 million in earnings (not counting the $10 million FedEx Cup price) and is currently the #1 player in the world. At age 22, Spieth becomes the youngest Player of the Year recipient since 1997.

“It’s a season to remember,” he said on Friday. “It’s an honor to win Player of the Year because it is MVP of our league and it’s voted on by the players and for them to recognize the hard work we’ve put in and what we’ve been able to do with it is truly special.”

Equipped with his SuperStroke Flatso 1.0, Jordan finished the season ranked high on many of the key putting statistics, which included being #1 in overall putting average,

The team at SuperStroke is extremely excited for Jordan on his Player of the Year honors,” said Greg Sabella, VP of Marketing, SuperStroke Golf. “It is a fitting end to one of the best years on record and we are proud to have been a part of it. We take tremendous pride in what we do, and seeing our grips in the hands of the world’s best is very rewarding.”

SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology design allows for even pressure in both hands, eliminating wrist movement in the putting stroke. This helps the golfer swing the putter more freely, making it easier to use the big muscles in the arms and shoulders, and minimizes one hand dominating the other.

SuperStroke (www.superstrokeusa.com) grips are long lasting and extremely shock absorbent. They are designed with a high-tech polyurethane material featuring cross traction technology that improves feel and tackiness. Combined with SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology further increases consistency and lowers scores for every level of golfer, even professionals.
