WIXOM, Mich. – The opening event of the 2015-16 PGA Tour season starts with a victory for SuperStroke grips. The Frys.com Open was held at Silverado Country Club with the winner utilizing SuperStroke’s Flatso 2.0 in a dramatic playoff victory. The red hot Argentinian sunk a 9-foot birdie putt in the playoff to win as he continued his stellar play. He won the Web.com Tour Championship just two weeks ago with a 25-foot birdie putt on the final hole to help earn his 2016 PGA Tour card. Not only was this his first victory on the PGA Tour but also his first start as a PGA Tour member. In the opening event of the season, 5 of the top 10 finishers in the field trusted SuperStroke grips to their game.
“It’s always exciting to see the world’s best players perform at their best with SuperStroke products”, said Greg Sabella, VP of Marketing for SuperStroke Golf. “A great start to the new season, and we are happy to be a part of such a memorable win.”
Up next is the Shriners Hospital Open where the reigning champion will use his SuperStroke grip to defend his title at TPC Summerlin.
SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology design allows for even pressure in both hands, eliminating wrist movement in the putting stroke. This helps the golfer swing the putter more freely, making it easier to use the big muscles in the arms and shoulders, and minimizes one hand dominating the other.
SuperStroke (superstrokeusa.com) grips are long lasting and extremely shock absorbent. They are designed with a high-tech polyurethane material featuring cross traction technology that improves feel and tackiness. Combined with SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology further increases consistency and lowers scores for every level of golfer, even professionals.
