Norcross, GA (October 21, 2015) – Divots Sportswear has added one of the most accomplished sports apparel professionals in the country in Teri Martin, who assumes the position of vice president of design and merchandising for the company.
Martin will be responsible for the design, sourcing and merchandising for the entire Divots collection, plus its apparel subsidiaries Sope Creek and Byron Nelson USA. She will also design and manage the activities at the Divots trade show booth at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fl.

Martin is a member of the family that in 1996 started Fairway & Greene, a premier golf apparel brand designated as the top seller annually in green-grass private and resort categories for over a decade by PGA Magazine. She was with the company until 2010, staying on after its acquisition in 2006 by Summit Golf Brands. Martin served in a variety of capacities at Fairway & Greene including senior vice president design and vice president merchandising.
Her special accomplishments include being selected by the Augusta National Golf Club to design the 2011 and 2012 Ladies’ Collection for the Masters Tournament. Martin also was chosen to design and manufacture the wives apparel for the 2004 and 2008 United States Ryder Cup Teams.
Most recently Martin was founder and president of Atlanta-based Teri Martin Design/Olde School Apparel. Prior to that she was creative director for Martin Golf and Fennec Golf Apparel.
Martin is a member of the Association of Golf Merchandisers, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Golf Industry Services, which consults on all aspects of the Green Grass Channel.
