Each year since 2000, the TurfNet Superintendent of the Year Award, presented by Syngenta honors the accomplishments of golf course superintendents across the nation. A panel of judges from throughout the golf industry selects a group of finalists based on criteria such as labor management, maximizing budget limitations, negotiating with government agencies, preparing for tournaments under unusual circumstances, servicing golf clientele and more.
If your golf course superintendent has excelled in one or more of these areas, then nominate him or her for this year’s award. The 2015 TurfNet Superintendent of the Year will be recognized in February at the 2016 Golf Industry Show in San Diego and will receive a trip for two to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, courtesy of Syngenta.
