For BCG Private’s expanding portfolio, Wilson will oversee business planning, budgeting, team leadership and training, revenue and expense management and client relations. Based in Jupiter, FL, he will liaise with regional operations, sales, marketing, hospitality and agronomy teams, as well as BCG headquarters, to fuel even greater member acquisition, club usage, profitability and company presence within the private club sector.
Wilson joined BCG in 2011 as General Manager of Eastpointe Country Club where he quickly elevated its service standards and overall quality, value and reputation as one of the finest clubs in Palm Beach Gardens (FL) area. He specializes in creating new-age membership programs, improving clubhouse environments and strengthening member loyalties.
