Price per unit up 18 percent at premier, luxury golf community

The 18 percent increase from 2014’s per unit price of $255,090 to 2015’s $306,513 marked a banner sales year, with 40 units sold and overall sales approaching $12 million. Sixteen homes were completed this year, and less than 50 of The Concession’s original 236 lots remain.
