December 8, 2015

ORLANDO, Fla. (Dec. 8, 2015) – Golfweek today released its 10th annual Golfweek’s Best Casino Courses list as part of its December double issue. Recognizing the nation’s hottest spots to play on the course and at the tables, this list doesn’t leave golf travel up to chance when it comes to planning a casino golf getaway.

“The Golfweek’s Best Casino Courses list highlights layouts that are not only great casino/resort attractions, but also of considerable championship caliber,” said Bradley S. Klein, national director of the Golfweek’s Best rating program. “In fact, three of our top four picks are on the men’s championship circuit: Fallen Oak Golf Club in Saucier, Miss., (No. 2) is regular home to the Champions Tour’s Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic; Greenbrier Golf Club’s The Old White TPC in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., (No. 3) holds the PGA Tour’s Greenbrier Classic; and French Lick Resort’s Pete Dye Course in French Lick, Ind., (No. 4) was the site of the 2015 Senior PGA Championship.”

In addition to spotlighting some of the game’s most lauded layouts through the course ratings, the December issue doubles down on casino golf coverage with expanded editorial in the Golf Life. Showcasing the emerging golf-and-gaming of destination Lake Charles, La., as well as an exciting new course in Nebraska, Golfweek’s December special features help readers hit the jackpot in casino golf.
