January 13, 2016

WIXOM, Mich. – SuperStroke Staff Player, Jordan Spieth, started 2016 right where he left off. Spieth captured the Hyundai Tournament of Champions last week shooting an impressive 262, 30-under par, while finishing 8 shots clear of the field. Spieth is only the second player in history to finish a 72 hole PGA Tour event at 30-under par or lower. Using SuperStroke’s Flatso 1.0 putter grip, Spieth led the field making 28 birdies and 2 eagles, during the event. He also finished the tournament ranked 1st in strokes gained tee to green, strokes gained putting, total strokes gained, and putts per green in regulation. SuperStroke users accounted for 3 of the top 9 finishers in the field. SuperStroke also captured a win on the European Tour last week at the BMW South African Open. The winner utilized a SuperStroke Legacy Putter grip to finish at 14-under par and a two stroke victory. This week the PGA Tour heads to another Hawaiian venue at the Sony Open. Look for SuperStroke Staff Player, Jason Dufner, to continue his great play after capturing the Franklin Templeton Shootout a month ago.

“Starting 2016 with another win is exciting, and we couldn’t be happier for Jordan.” Says Greg Sabella, VP of Marketing for SuperStroke. “Knowing that he has trust in our products when competing at the highest level is very rewarding. We’re looking forward to continued success throughout the year.”

SuperStroke’s TX1 Premium Club Grips feature a Half Cord Design. TX1 Premium club grips offer a soft, tacky cord for increased club control on the upper hand and soft, non-cord rubber for enhanced feel and feedback on the lower hand. Every SuperStroke grip features Cross-Traction pattern, improving grip over the entire surface. Victor Dubuisson utilizes the TX1 while Sergio Garcia is currently playing an all rubber version of the TX1. Jason Dufner competes using a full cord version of the TX1.

SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology design allows for even pressure in both hands, eliminating wrist movement in the putting stroke. This helps the golfer swing the putter more freely, making it easier to use the big muscles in the arms and shoulders, and minimizes one hand dominating the other.

SuperStroke (superstrokeusa.com) grips are long lasting and extremely shock absorbent. They are designed with a high-tech polyurethane material featuring cross traction technology that improves feel and tackiness. SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology further increases consistency and lowers scores for every level of golfer, even professionals.
