Nathan Hoffman, Vice President of Operations & Planning- A graduate from Methodist University’s Business Administration and PGM Program, Nate Hoffman started at Donald Ross with a decade of experience in the golf industry. Not long after joining Donald Ross as a Customer Service Professional, Nathan was promoted to Inventory Manager. As the spearhead of Donald Ross’ Tournament Program among many other valuable contributions over the past 4 years, Nathan has earned himself a key executive role in the company’s operation as Vice President of Operations & Planning.
Heather Strupkus, Customer Service Manager & Design Associate – A graduate from Kent State University’s’ Fashion Merchandising Program, Heather Strupkus came to Donald Ross with 8 years experience in art and design. Heather has served in many key roles in her 5 years with Donald Ross including Lead Customer Service Professional, Logo Specialist and Assistant Designer. Heather has contributed valuable efficiencies to the company’s operation and in turn has been recognized for her accomplishments with an official promotion to Customer Service Manager and Design Associate. In this role, Heather will oversee the Customer Service Operation while continuing with design development.
