Recently American Golf Corporation became the latest course management group to implement a new platform to handle all golf certificate requests from charities. Each American Golf course is now creating their account, and posting their bank of golf certificates that will now be available for promotion by charitable organizations including PGA Sections and Foundations. As a result, each American Golf facility will save as much as 10 hours per week that they used to spend fielding requests from charitable organizations. Private courses within the portfolio will dedicate a fixed number of “member for a day” passes that will be promoted at fundraising events.
OneSpareTeeTime is a free online platform that takes care of all of the administrative tasks that come with charitable requests. Promotional materials are automatically provided for the fundraiser managers (and posted at black tie fundraisers). Course managers and marketing executives automatically receive full contact information for the event organizers and for the winning bidders.

Bestoutings.com allows tournament planners to submit a RFP to more than 9,300 golf courses. This creates a new sales channel for private, public and resort facilities.
