Gallus Golf introduces Geofence Notifications within its branded mobile app technology.
Courses can now setup multiple Geofences on or around their club so golfers can automatically receive a specific Push Notification when they cross into the area. This is a fantastic way to keep golfers up to date upon arrival to the club, during a round, or even after a round.
“Our clients are going to love this new Geofence feature,” states Jason Wilson, Gallus Golf CEO. “There are endless great use-cases to improve communication to their customers, and provide a real ‘concierge’ level of service. Imagine being able to automatically welcome your golfers to the course when they pull into the parking lot and notify them of current course conditions, or maybe a sale in the pro shop. You can promote your F&B specials during the round, and create a call to action for them to order. For resort and destination facilities, you could welcome guests when they land at the airport or get into town and encourage them to book now.”
Jason continues, “I believe this is just scratching the surface of Geofence technology, and we look forward to building more great capabilities around it to keep our clients a step ahead in their markets.”
