Swinging the highly touted Kiyoshi HB High Balance 75 in his Callaway Big Bertha Alpha 816 3-wood, the 27-year old South African posted a 14-under final score, successfully defending his title at Doha Golf Club by a two-stroke margin.
Crossing continents, OBAN delivered a victory and 2nd place finish in Panama City with the champion playing a Kiyoshi Purple 100 in his Titleist 816 hybrid, and the runner-up playing a Kiyoshi Purple 100 in his Adams XTD hybrid. At Torrey Pines Golf Club, the 3rd place finisher played a Kiyoshi Purple 85 in his TaylorMade RBZ 3-wood.
